Who We Are

Pathway Care Group Ltd

Founded in 1996, the Pathway Care Group is one of the UK's leading independent fostering agencies, both in terms of the number of children we look after and the quality and variety of care we provide.

We have a national presence throughout the UK with offices in the South West of England, West and South East Wales, the Midlands and East England. Currently we provide care for over 530 children.

Marlowe Child & Family Services

Marlowe Child & Family Services was formed in 1991 and provides residential child care, special education and therapeutic services to children and young people from across the UK. In particular we have focused on imaginative and innovative care solutions to children and young people who present as challenging. we currently employ over a 100 staff, based in Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Pembrokeshire.

A joint Partnership

Marlowe Child & Family Services, as two independent companies have come together to combine their complimentary expertise and experience in the field of providing care for children and young people who present as challenging. Our two organisations have been able to formally agree a working partnership, based upon the shared objectives of high quality care and best value. Safe Steps brings together a wide range of skills available in both Pathway Care and Marlowe Child & Family Services and focuses them on achieving the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
